Privacy Policy

Marquee HQ ("Marquee HQ", "we", "us") is an event ticketing service operated by Redway AI, Washington, DC. This policy explains what we collect when you visit marqueehq.io or use an event site we host, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or set up an event, we collect your name, email, phone number, organization and the details of your event.
Ticket purchases. When you buy a ticket, table or sponsorship on an event site we host, the organizer receives your name, email, phone and seating details. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
Site usage. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on marqueehq.io.
Personalization settings. If you use "Make it yours" on the 3D journey, your choices are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.

How we use information

To deliver tickets, confirmations, receipts and event-day check-in.
To respond to inquiries and provide support.
To operate, secure and improve the service.
To send organizers and attendees event-related messages. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and always include an unsubscribe option.

Sharing

Attendee information collected on an event site belongs to the organization running that event; they may contact you about the event you registered for. We share data with service providers that help us operate (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and security, email delivery providers) under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep event and purchase records for as long as needed to run the event, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@marqueehq.io. For information an organizer holds about you, we will refer the request to them and assist as needed.

Children

marqueehq.io is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
